Delete from the app
If you have the OMA app installed, the quickest way to delete your account is directly from within the app:
- Open the OMA app.
- Tap the ⋮ menu in the top corner.
- Tap My Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Your account, all Spaces, Sections, Cards, task history, and any other data associated with your account will be permanently deleted.
Delete by email
If you no longer have the app installed, or if you prefer to request deletion by email, send a message to:
Please use the subject line "Delete my account" and include the email address associated with your OMA account. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
An account deletion removes:
- Your profile and account identifiers
- All Spaces, Sections, Cards, and task/supply data you created
- Task completion history and statistics
- Notification preferences and app settings stored on our servers
- Your push notification token
Data stored only on your device (such as local app cache) is removed when you uninstall the app.
Delete specific data only
If you would like to delete specific data without closing your account — for example, removing your task history, notification preferences, or other content — contact us at help@getoma.app and describe what you would like removed. Please include the email address associated with your account. We will respond within 30 days.
