Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OMA (the "App") provided by OMA App ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the App.

2. Account Registration and Security

  1. You may sign in using supported third-party providers (for example, Google).
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.
  3. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or internal business use.

You may not:

  1. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where allowed by law.
  2. Interfere with security or operation of the App.
  3. Use the App for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive conduct.
  4. Access the App in a way that could damage or overburden infrastructure.

4. User Content

  1. You retain ownership of content you submit to the App (for example, tasks, notes, schedules, and related data).
  2. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your content only as necessary to operate and improve the App.
  3. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate laws or third-party rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  1. Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  2. Upload malware or malicious code.
  3. Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
  4. Harass, threaten, or infringe rights of others.

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services (for example, Google Sign-In, Supabase, Firebase Cloud Messaging). Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and policies.

7. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy: Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability and Changes

  1. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the App at any time.
  2. We may release updates, patches, or new features.
  3. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OMA App and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or related to use of the App.

Our aggregate liability for all claims related to the App will not exceed the greater of:

  1. The amount you paid (if any) for the App in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability.
  2. $0.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OMA App and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

  1. Your use of the App.
  2. Your content.
  3. Your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

  1. You may stop using the App at any time.
  2. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the App, users, or legal interests.
  3. Upon termination, sections that by nature should survive will survive (for example, liability limitations, indemnity, dispute terms).

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date and provide additional notice when required.

Continued use of the App after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance.
